In a post, the bar described the entire incident, including the two men leaving the bar, urinating in the staff entrance, and then being physically assaulted when a manager attempted to intervene.

The video quickly garnered a lot of attention on social media, with many condemning Kilpatrick's behavior. The incident particularly caught the attention of the local LGBTQ+ community in Los Angeles and former contestants of The RuPaulo Drag Queen Show and The Brite Brothers' Dracula, who quickly identified the characters in the video.
