ATLANTA, Georgia (ATLANTA NEWS FIRST) - In the heart of Georgia, the Atlanta Gay Men's Chorus is using the power of music to challenge social norms and promote change in minds and hearts. A group of singers from diverse backgrounds who share a common vision, the group believes that music not only comforts the heart, but also promotes understanding and compassion, breaking down stereotypes of the LGBTQ+ community.

This show is more than just a statement; it is a celebration of the joys, goals, and successes experienced in facing challenges, accepting the truth about oneself, and ultimately being able to be true to oneself. Clyburn emphasizes that through this concert, they hope to showcase the challenges and successes faced by the LGBTQ+ community.

"TRANSformation" will be held at 7:30 p.m. April 6 at the City Springs Byers Theatre in Sandy Springs, and is expected to draw an audience from all walks of life to witness this meaningful musical event.
